This website (sfkey.net) and the SFK Wellness Hub store and platform are operated by SFK WELLNESS HUB SG PTE. LTD. (UEN 202637562K), Singapore ("SFK Wellness Hub SG"). The SFK Wellness mobile application is operated by SFK TECHNOLOGY SHARES PTE. LTD. (UEN 202528986M), Singapore ("SFK Technology").
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean SFK Wellness Hub SG when you use this website or the SFK Wellness Hub store, or buy products or book services through them (including through the Wellness Mall inside the app), and SFK Technology when you use the SFK Wellness mobile application, its features, subscriptions and Tokens. If it is not clear which company you are dealing with, please ask us at support@sfkey.net.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore.
2. PLATFORM NATURE
SFK Wellness Hub operates as a digital platform connecting consumers with independent health service providers and wellness product suppliers. We act as an intermediary only. Individual service providers and suppliers are independent third parties and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services and products.
3. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of products and services listed on our platform. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustration purposes only.
4. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Information provided on this website and within the SFK Wellness mobile application, including content generated by the AI health assistant, AI-generated health advice features, and our customer-support assistant, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before:
- Starting any supplement or wellness regimen
- Booking any health or medical service
- Making any health-related decisions
- Acting on any AI-generated health suggestion
SFK Wellness Hub and the SFK Wellness mobile application do not make any therapeutic claims about products or services listed on this platform, in compliance with Singapore's Health Products Act and the Medicines (Advertisement and Sale) Act.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Not misuse or abuse the platform or its services
- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website and within the mobile application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SFK TECHNOLOGY SHARES PTE. LTD. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, the mobile application, or services provided by third-party partners.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
9. MOBILE APPLICATION SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES (SFK Wellness App)
This section applies specifically to your use of paid features within the SFK Wellness mobile application, including auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases.
9.1 Subscription Plans and In-App Purchases
The SFK Wellness app offers the following paid options, processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play's billing system:
Auto-renewing subscriptions, available in four billing periods (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months):
- Smart Membership (智享会员)
- Expert Membership (专享会员)
One-time, non-renewing purchases:
- Token packs, available in three denominations, as displayed in the app
The features, benefits and pricing associated with each membership tier and Token pack are described within the app and may be updated from time to time in accordance with clause 9.6.
9.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
9.3 Payment and Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. All in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed exclusively by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective payment terms — we do not directly process or store your payment card information for app purchases.
9.4 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your device's account settings:
- iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
We do not have the ability to cancel your subscription on your behalf. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current billing period, and Tokens already credited to your account will not be withdrawn.
9.5 Refunds
Refund requests for subscriptions or one-time purchases made through the SFK Wellness app must be submitted directly to Apple (via reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (via the Google Play order history page), in accordance with their respective refund policies. We are unable to directly process or guarantee refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, as these transactions are governed by Apple's and Google's own terms and refund policies.
If a refund is granted for a subscription payment, we may suspend your eligibility to receive future promotional Token rewards (including subscription reward Tokens and referral rewards) on that account. Tokens already credited to your account, and Tokens you have purchased, will not be withdrawn. If you believe your refund was for a legitimate reason (for example, an accidental or duplicate charge), you may contact us using the details in clause 11 to request that your eligibility be restored.
9.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices, Token pack pricing, and the Token cost of individual in-app features. If subscription prices change, we will provide notice through the app or via the app store platform in accordance with Apple's and Google's respective requirements, before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers. Changes to the Token cost of in-app features will be reflected in the app before you confirm each use.
9.7 Tokens
Tokens are a virtual, in-app unit used to access certain paid features of the SFK Wellness app. Tokens have no monetary value outside the app.
9.7.1 How Tokens are obtained. Tokens may be (a) purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play as one-time in-app purchases ("Purchased Tokens"), or (b) granted by us as rewards, including subscription rewards and other promotional activities ("Granted Tokens"). The applicable amounts and conditions are displayed within the app.
9.7.2 Expiry. Purchased Tokens do not expire. Granted Tokens are valid for a limited period and expire if unused; the applicable validity period is displayed within the app. When you spend Tokens, Granted Tokens are deducted first, followed by Purchased Tokens.
9.7.3 What Tokens can be used for. Purchased Tokens may be used only for digital content and features within the app, such as AI health assistant conversations and downloading your health archive or health analysis reports. Granted Tokens may additionally be applied as a discount at participating merchants, subject to clause 9.7.5.
9.7.4 Restrictions. Tokens are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, refunded or converted into cash or any other form of value, and cannot be used to pay for or offset subscription fees. Tokens are personal to your account and may not be sold, traded or gifted.
9.7.5 Use at third-party merchants. Tokens may be applied as a discount only at merchants that have expressly agreed to accept Token redemption. We do not guarantee that any particular merchant accepts Token redemption, and participating merchants may determine their own redemption rates and the goods or services to which redemption applies. Where a merchant does not accept Token redemption, the relevant purchase must be paid for by other means.
9.7.6 Subscription rewards. Where we offer Tokens as a reward for a subscription, the reward is calculated on the amount actually paid for that billing period and is credited after a holding period, as displayed in the app. Rewards are subject to clause 9.5.
9.7.7 Changes and discontinuation. We may change the ways in which Tokens can be earned or spent, and the Token cost of any feature, at any time, with notice through the app. We will not reduce the balance of Tokens already credited to your account except as expressly set out in these Terms.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform or mobile application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
